Today marks the...  nth... ish... day of Fanime prep. I'm so far behind schedule it's not even funny. This is what I'm supposed to be working on today. Chances are I will do absolutely NONE of the things on this list until the last minute, and even then, I'll probably do only actually finish like one or two of 'em.




I wanted to be done with everything today so I could EV train my Pokemon in time for con. I may end up doing this in the car when I'm supposed to be navigating since we have a pretty reliable GPS system anyway. I don't care if Sara says the computer's voice sounds depressed, at least the lady is reliable!

I figure I ought to leave a cosplay list or something here so people will know what to expect or look for depending on whether they follow my dA or my Tumblr or they just so happen to be headed to San Jose for Fanime this weekend as well. XD

My girlfriend Jackie has a matching lineup of cosplays to match all of these, so I think we're set for a pretty good Summer con season as long as Zanney doesn't dehydrate and pass the fuck out

This is Jackie's first time attending Fanime and for me it's my fourth. We missed it last year because we were moving Jackie in with me and that took priority over conventions. *le gasp!* Never thought you guys would hear me say that, didya? Hehehe~

I'm looking forward to the con-within-a-con, which is all decked out for Steampunk stuff. I fucking LOVE Steampunk, you just don't understand! I don't have anything planned because I am stupid and always forget that I've had a Machinist outfit in mind for almost five years now. But I guess it's not too horrible. I'm still gonna go check it out regardless.

I'm also excited to see some friends in NorCal who I haven't seen in a while, which also ties in with the Team Rocket meet up! I am so excited for this because my bro Robbie is one helluva legit Pokemon cosplayer. He's usually Giovanni, and he also has a pretty bamf lineup of other characters from various web comics, BBC scifi shoes and classic manga. I have no idea what else he's got planned for the weekend. I should probably bug him later.

Aside from that, I have a mounatin of props to work on after all the other stuff I'm obligated to is finished, so I'm probably gonna get my ass started on that right about now. Heh.
